Summer is creeping up on us as we are stuck at home. And since we are here, we might as well learn something cool and useful to indulge in through the summer. If your go-to beverage is coffee, trying out cold coffee recipes at home should be the first task in order!

So, Here are 5 Iced coffee recipe & How do you make it a home.

1. Dalgona Coffee

We will start off with the one that has taken the internet by storm in the last few weeks. This South Korean delight is a simple 3-ingredient delicacy that requires you to blend together equal parts instant coffee, sugar and hot water till the mixture is creamy. 

In a transparent glass tumbler, pour in chilled milk and ice cubes and top it off with this creamy coffee mixture. Garnish the drink with crumbled biscuits, instant biscuit or cocoa.

2. Salted Caramel Iced Coffee

This delicious iced coffee recipe is the answer to all your salted caramel ice cream cravings. For this recipe, you would need to make some coffee concentrate and store in your refrigerator. 

Whenever you want to make this drink, fill up ¼ of a lovely mason jar or tall glass with coffee concentrate and then add ice cubes till about ¾th  its height! Next up, pour in 3-4 tsp of the condensed milk followed by 2 tsp of caramel syrup and a pinch of sea salt. You can add in milk to top off your glass and then stir the whole mixture. Your delicious salted caramel iced coffee is ready for you to savour!

3. Vietnamese Iced Coffee

 This is one of our personal favourites. We love the thick and delectable condensed milk used to make this iced coffee recipe a success.

For this type of iced coffee, you just need two ingredients – the coffee and condensed milk. Fill up your coffee pot with enough coffee for two mugs. While your coffee is brewing, pour ⅓ of the condensed milk from the tin into your mug. Once it is brewed, pour over the coffee slowly into the mug and stir it with a spoon.

Fill up your glass with ice and pour this mixture into it. Pick up a book or put on some music and sip on your delicious homemade Vietnamese iced coffee!

For all the keto lovers, this thick creamy iced coffee is the perfect summer indulgence without worrying about your diet.

For this simple recipe, take your freshly brewed coffee and add it to the blender with coconut oil, unsalted butter and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract for flavoring. Blend it for a minute or till it’s frothy and then pour it over in a glass filled with ice cubes.

You have to consume this immediately because it will otherwise separate into two distinct layers and harden!

5. Kahlua Iced Coffee

This spiked version of the iced coffee is our favourite summer brunch drink. Start off with brewing your coffee and then wait for it to cool down.

Once your coffee is cooled, pour in 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk in a highball jar. Add in the coffee and a shot of Kahlua and follow that up with ice cubes. Sip on it and get a little tipsy to end your weekend brunch!
